2.0 16v Corsa vs
MR2 2.0 16v GT, (UK spec) vs
CRX 1.6 16v VTEC.

All cars have standard(ish) engines, but uprated suspension and brakes. I am intrested as one of my mates got the MR2 yesterday and another recently got the CRX, i havent got a clue about these dodgy jap motors I will have the corsa in a couple of weeks.

dont under estimate the crx the vtec engine rocks,it will probly beat use off the line,the corsa will pull well through the gears but the mr2 will be close to u cos its light,giv it a go ne way.

If the CRX is 160 BHP then this will be quickest to 30-40...after that the superior BHP of the MR2 174 BHP will tell...although they will be very close...the corsa wouldnt get a look in really...prob couple of car lengths down on both by 60 MPH.

I would imagine the CRX would be the quickest to 100, Corsa and MR2 would be close IMO. Corsa deffo wouldnt be a couple of car lengths behind at 60. IMO it would all be very close and would depend on driver skill at launch!
