...and no this isnt another post about 1.2 8v's
This thing was made in the early seventys around a 27litre Rolls Royce Merlin V12.
"It wrecked radar traps in Germany at 217 mph, could reach 180 mph in six seconds and travel at 10 mph in top gear in town traffic."
At the UK speed limit of 70 mph this thing is at 600RPM
Some of its times:
Madrid to Calais, 1000 miles in 10 hr 10 min
Stuttgart to Ostend, 451 miles in 3 hr 10 min.

It's not made by rolls royce, It was made by someone called John Dodd - it had a RR engine tho. They took him to court as they didnt want him to use their grille.

Maybe not - but if it gets to 180 in 6 seconds i think its 0-60 will be fairly rapid

It's in a book called "Dream Cars", published in 1985 and written by Richard Nicols. Go look for yourself

I thought that car had the engine from the Spitfire in it. It didn't do 210mph though Areodynamics wouldnt allow it. Also, im sure it never hit 180mph in 6 seconds, remember it being on TV and a bloke actually driving one.
Sorry, but them stats are deffo not true.

Looks like Jaws' car from James Bond, or the driver would be incredibly ugly.

There may be replicas. That one was built by a bloke as a one off.
