not sure, i dont think its fiber glass. i bought it from PVD, was really good quality.

yeah stick to euro if you've got that bumper....some deep dish 15''s would look quality slammed 60mm.

is it much lower than standard bumper?
cos i got 15's and gonna be riding low, wasn't gonna stick a bumper on unless it subtle..
