When a wheel company stops making a certain model of wheel, does that then mean that you can't get the wheel ever again?

I am after some 16's or 17's, but i don't want to get into the situation if i need one i can't get one.

Are any wheel companies good for still stocking old stock ?

Depends very much on the company. I know you can still get Alessios years after they apparently ceased production but I dare say you'd have a job locating more obscure stuff. It does beg the question of whether you want a discontinued wheel in the first place - thats going to be an old design surely?

No, i want a modern wheel, but if i crashed my car in 2 years time, i might not be able to get hold of the wheel. Then i'd have to buy 4 new ones

I feel this post is pointless as the said incident has not happened...stop worrying and concentrate on not crashing your car...some people worry too much...

Now please GTF and chill out!
