well it could be anywhere in the range min to max that the coilover kit allows and u cant really tell, only by seeing where it is in the adjustment and guessing.
Lowering amount is isn't relevant anyhow as it varies depending on wheels size etc.. how low the car actually is

No probs Adi. U can tell its on quality coilovers when u drive it hard

Its about 40mm lower on the pic, but it could easily be dropped another 30mm if i could be arsed choppin the arches more!!

Coilovers arnt designed for fat 17s tho and i had to use a 5mm spacer on the front wheels to stop it catching the lower coils.

AVO coilovers cost £500

im getting them soon and fitting them to 18s, so i think 10-15mm spacers (i have a wide arch kit so it wont stick that much out)

Avo GTZ700/702 are the ones with height adjustment front and rear. They are £550.95. Mods to the rear turrets are required though.

The FK kit is cheaper, and doesn't require the mods as it uses a shock and spring with adjustable platform - the same as the Bilstein kit.

3cm u need a 40 offset to fitr coilovers on for 16s and higher as they catch the springs and bottom cup

however, ive got away with et45 with 3mm spacers but its worn a groove along the full side of the tyre wall on the inside!!!!

also, 5mm spacers 4 me means longer bolts and i cant have it as low on front so 3mm will b ok

once new arches go on, ill use 5mm spacers so it dont catch, and lower it further
