The 172 etc are nice looking nippy cars, but they are just so un-reliable and expensive to maintain.
My girl used to have a Fiesta RS Turbo, the alternator went £15 p/x at a local parts shop. The alty went on the Williams £450 from Renault, cos they are different to any other Renault!!!! Could'nt find one getting broken anywhere - even two Renault specialists in Liverpool would'nt touch it!! Ended up blagging a grease monkey to re-con it - he charged £200 and swore blind he would never touch a Williams again and to get the car out of his site, bonnet off, headlight out, strip half the engine etc etc

On the same subject of Carfile tonight he was slating the Civic a bit
Just said you have to really drive it hard to get any enjoyment! Sounds good to me!

think the mum jokes only funny when u actually kno the person ur actually jokin with. Also think Clio's are better than corsa's. I think corsas look a lot nicer (Thats why i got one now) but when i get some more years no claims i'm going back to another clio, and also i think the new clios are utter shit.
