Does anyone happen to know, my holiday runs Jan 1st to Jan 1st. If I hand my notice in, am I entitled to the remainder of my years statutory holiday minus what I've taken so far this year, or am I only entitled to how much holiday I've accrued so far this year?

at thinking that if you hand in your notice and leave on 2nd Jan they have to give your full years holiday pay

It is pro-rata I'm afraid! Normally they can't be fagged if you owe them a day or two though
