Seems like I've a fair amount of pressure in my header tank, too much that one of the pipes expand a little and seeps water
Sign of head gasket? I've no gunk in oil, coolant is also clear aswell.

It can be a sign of headgasket issue. Or an airlock if air has got into the system.

What's the best way dealing with an air lock? If it's that ofcourse?
I've just not long replaced the radiator for a brand new one as the old one was cracked at top.

I tend to run the car up to temp with no cap on the header tank and then as the water starts going up out the cap on. Helps to squeeze a few hoses and some people say turn the heaters on in the car. But not sure that's relevant on all cars.

Cap off.
Heaters on full heat and power inside the car.
