I live in the north and I'd say he's got a fair bit of house there for the money? Bit more expensive than up here but not massively. I'm guessing it's a nice area too?

I used frogtape once. It was shit

only reason I still use it is because it's low tack, compared to work issue masking tape I have used previously.
