You will probably be end up paying MORE than what it would cost you to insure the car in your own name, and thats only if they continue to insure you.

In the first year I was paying £1616 with direct line fully comp under my mums name on a 1.4 Civic, group 7.

This year Im in my own name paying just over £1500 with 3pts fully comp on same car.

So I wouldnt expect it to go up much mate. But if you get another 3 and a ban expect that to put it up loads!

Yeah thats a really clever idea. Then he crashes, causes serious damage and insurance company finds out that he has 3 points un-declared. So bye bye to legal help and any form of claiming money. Dumb-ass.
