Seems premier league pass has changed the format of how they broadcast games so all the plp games will no longer be able to stream from addons on kodi. Sure someone will come up with something but it's a pain in the arse for the short term.

I pay £12 a year for nbcsn login, is 720p and there is an official addon for kodi. Needs vpn or smart dns but really is spot on.

That explains why I couldn't get Utd v Arsenal on Valhalla on Sunday then.

Seems there are still ways round it. Zemtv shows them but you need to download a f2m tester or something.....

Basically streams it from a proxy, but think I would prefer getting a vpn before I do that. There is also plenty of feeds on addons like castaway, money sports and apparently operation ultimate robocop which I though was finished. I'll check them all out tomorrow night and see what's what I think. I'll report back.

Found some decent feeds tonight for most matches. Found them in operation robocop in plp which worked well, in halow TVs live sports and also using mobdro outside of kodi on nbcsn.

Got my Pi, got openelec with kodi running like BADMAN.

I'm use to flashy plex interface with all the covers and that, I know there is a plex addon but are there any other addons that provide a similar interface that will just scan my smb shares that people can suggest?

Update/halppp with my Pi2 running Kodi.

I find that it crashes alot, and finding it quite hard to find a solution to the problem, I've increased the cache size (details are quite sketchy on this) and i've configured NFS to serve up my media on the network, yet I still find the Pi2 to be quite a buggy platform for openelec/kodi.

Whatever is inside my tv makes it work perfectly. Doesn't crash, doesn't stutter just plays great.

A dodgy power supply is the usual cause for crashes; make sure you're using a decent (at least) 2A 5V PSU. Always worth trying another PSU.

I'm assuming you've tried both OSMC and Openelec?
If you haven't already, stick Raspbian (or similar) on it and load the CPU and see if it crashes.
Have you overclocked it? And is it running hot?

Got it all from CPC, so yeah its the 2a 5v psu, nothing cheaped out here.... PSU could be a ting?

I've only tried openelec but not OSMC, I'll give that a go.

No overclocking, apparently the pi2 has enough guts not to o/c..... but here we are

great comment mate 10/10, I also have a wonderful TV which runs Plex lovely however the reason for looking at Kodi is so I can expand that wonderful multimedia experience, I also run a boblight ambient light setup on the TV too but only works when playing media on the pi2.

Using OSMC on the pi2 and its a dream so far, no freezes and crap like that, however my boblight/ambilight setup doesn't work at all/very well and is going to take some serious fuking about (thanks dom and jamied)

Not quite sure what you geeks are talking about, but I have a kodi box and sometimes when watching movies, the image goes out of sync with the audio.

Why is this? And how do I fix it? It usually happens if I pause it to let the stream get a bit infront, stops it buffering but doesn't stop the out of sync crap.
