No one seems to care how old a house is when they buy it, they all seem to value them the same.

Its like buying a mk5 escort and someone else buying a brand new focus and they think they have the same monies worth.

Fuck knows lol its pretty big though, utility room, kitchen, dining room, conservitory, living room, 2 large bedrooms one with en suite, 1 medium and one small, bathroom and seperate second w/c.... Big garden, garage....

Finished welding, one of the handles is a couple mm on the piss too fml, dressed some bits, now to sort the warping...

Fitted some bonnet straps - unsure - obv a grill is needed and will change look


How it stands - not warping under handle a each side - we took ages so unsure how to avoid, panel betater pal going to dolly out

No more warping






Wants a brace cutting off on rear of back panel to give better access, hes going to pop back start of sept with a DA, some bodge and some more tools to finish up, happy days....

Hard to photo graph but hes confident it will be reet
