Because it would be a perfectly clean good base for someone wanting to do a long term project lets face it how many B's original & unmodified with that kind of mileage on it. Iv seen rotten B's do near that kind of money.

If this was a standard nova spin with that mileage on everyone would be wanking over it saying it was worth double that.

Went for about the right money in my eyes but at the end of the day a car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it

If it was a SRi or GSi then fair enough, but I bet you don't get people jizzing over a 1.6 L Mk3 Cavalier in mint condition on a Cavalier forum. Likewise if this was a mini it would get a different response, seen as the mini was a landmark car and seeing an old original one of this is a bit more special than a base model Corsa.
