nope, one i seen was silver, sri looks with cdti badge on the boot, never been stickered up, was like c.i.d shit or something along those lines...

i know someone who used to work as police mechanic and they really do look after them with genuine gear, oil change very regular...

Regular oil changes won't help the chassis and suspension when it's blasted over speed bumps at 60mph , cheap for a reason wouldn't touch one with a barge pole

Compared to a genuine Vxr they look shite

What Tom said.

Can gaurantee that they get fucking annihilated. Avoid with selfie stick as a minimum length requirement, barge pole of available.

Wouldn't have any issues buying an ex traffic car. Just like buying any other used car, just be a bit more cautious and go in level headed. I'd imagine they get looked after to a good enough standard, probably more than your average used car. If all is fine when viewing/test driving I don't see any issues. It's not like they are using exotic motors so if and when things do go wrong parts are readily available for pennies.

Guy on a Vauxhall related FB page I'm on has an ex traffic car (Vectra 2.8 turbo) and seems to have got a good 1. Never see him complaining about it going tits up all the time.
