Cav Turbo seems like a good call, must be able to find one around for 5k? Plenty of owners used to use migweb?

Not sure how good one will be though, I always wanted a Mk3 Astra GSi, finally drove one when my brother got one and I was pretty disappointed tbh

Yea i think the cavs deffo the one - none for sale anywhere at the minute though

Will just keep an eye out - dont want to start messaging owners as they will just add ££££ to the price

Why would owners add £££ to the price?

The car is worth what it is, and it will sell if you're willing to pay that price?

I hounded ChrisC for months to let me buy the Astra. He didn't just add on £££ because I messaged him first?!

Don't hound them then. Just a simple "very nice cav turbo you have, would you consider selling it" would be a sensible approach.

If they come back with a stupid price just say no, or try barter a bit to what you think it's sensibly worth.
