Clear all debts, got my credit card down to £0!

Have an epic holiday with as much spending money as possible.

Save up for a house

Get myself down to 10% body fat, weight is fine

1. Get back into kayaking
2. Change my lifestyle to not work away my twenties!

4. Quit smoking if I can finally find some will power
5. Do one new thing every week
Tbh the only ones I care about are 1,2 and 5

Went up this in my 1L b once it almost rolled backwards

If your ever riding up there have a little look for cockney beck on the map it great for a swim!

Don't envy you having to ride up it though!

Quit smoking . Lasted 3 days . Fuck it

Eat healthy . Ate two takeaways on the first

Work less hours . So far worked every day since new yrs day.

I'll start mine from the 5th when I get back into normality again

Which coast to coast are you on about? Liverpool to Hornsea? If so I can't see it being done in 1 day?! I've done it over 4, 2 would be a tough challenge.

Seascale to Whitby, 152 miles, 15000ft of climbing

Liverpool to Hornsea is a much easier coast to coast as the climbing is 75% lower

It is definitely possible in a day

Having gotten back on bike for the first time in years last Sept my initial resolution was to be cycling 100km by summer.....

Just did a 74km cycle yesterday... So I may have to reconsider my goals!
