Right guys I need help and badly...

I eat so much it's unreal. The food I ate today for example.

Breakfast - coco pops 4 am
- McDonald's breakfast 8am
Lunch - uncle bens sweet n sour
Dinner - mash sausages and beans
Food - share bag of maltesers pack of malted milk biscuits.

I eat a lot too like I'm always hungry I have an active lifestyle I got gym Monday Wednesday and Friday I also do football on saturday and Sundays. I don't just eat for the sake of it I am genuinely hungry.

It's got so bad I am thinking of going for a gastric band.i have tried dieting and it lasts for a couple of weeks then it isn't enough food.

Anyone got any opinions?

is that it? When you said you eat so much I was expecting a lot more than that.

All I can see is a lot of junk food in comparison to healthy food. Seems you're missing some stuff out as well? IE milk, unless you eat coco pops dry.

That's not a lot of food at all really?! Change the coco pops, McDonald's breakfast, sweet and sour for healthier options and cut out the sweets.

I'm around 6' 2 and weigh about the same.

Scrap the Coco Pops, they aren't giving you a good start to the day.

I'm no nutrionalist, and I am sure the PT's will be along shortly, but this is my typical day -

Breakfast - Porridge oats, blueberries and honey, protein shake, coffee
Morning Snack - 1 x Belvita, coffee
Dinner - Either tuna/mackerel or chicken salad that I have prepared mysef, Walkers French Fries, fruit
Afternoon Snack - 1 x Belvita and banana, coffee
Tea - Homemade either curry, chicken dinner, fish and veg, pulled pork etc

Eating proper food doesn't take any longer than eating shitty food.

You have just about zero nutrition in your diet.

I meant that when I get home I haven't got time to be making fancy pack lunches for the next day.

I end up eating shit because it's wet and cold and the closest hold food to where I am working is usually shit food

She's 6 months pregnant we have a 7 year old at home and she works too also does all the cleaning washing cooking etc.

I've bought a load of microwave rice and tuna and a tin opener for work so hopefully that works
