I recently moved to Henlow, and for no apparent reason I typed into Google "murder in henlow" (what else would I be doing on a Friday night?)Anyway, to my surprise, my close name came up. I'm looking to find out which number house the murder was committed at, purely to see if it was my house. Very interested to find out more information, I've done the obvious thing and googled it for a while but all sources have the same information, name of my close but not the number. I don't really know the neighbours and the woman who was murdered was found by neighbours, so I don't want to step on any toes and go bringing this up to the wrong person.

Anybody know much about this sort of thing?! Road name is park farm close, the murdered woman was alison redford and the murderer, who went and threw himself off a bridge and was found in the Thames, was called andrew auger.

Weird, I know, but I wanna know if someone was strangled in my bathroom

Go on rightmove, sold house prices, find your house and the estate agent who sold it if you can't remember, then ring them and ask?

They would probably know. Those greasy fuckers know everything.

If you bought the place then it would come up in the survey.

It's possibly a 'to the best of my knowledge' thing, but in the questionnaire the vendor fills out there's a section asking them if there's been a murder in the property.

Must admit, it was the last thing I expected to see! Henlow is really quiet, our cul de sac is brilliant and the neighbours seem decent. I'm just glad it wasn't my bathroom she got strangled in

My bedroom looks into their bathroom, weird thought to think it happened there! Weirdly enough I spoke to the woman who loves at number 9 for the first time yesterday before I found this news out! Glad someone found out it was number 9 or I may have ended up stepping in it and asking her

Well if this is going to turn into a post about crime situations involving where we live, my mrs and i used to rent a flat off some guy who's now slammed up for 18 years for bringing 80kg of coke into the country from The Netherlands

I once went to view a house and when the estate agent took us inside, 1 of the occupants was holding his dead brother in his arms on the floor.

Just done some digging, and it turns out it was actually his Step Brother, not a direct brother.
