I can't recommend a specific kit especially for headlights, but a couple of lads on here have used toothpaste as a cutting agent with some elbow grease and have got some pretty good results. Maybe try that first!

3m one worked well on my wife's zafira recently, it had quite heavy scratches and some lighter marks. The only thing I would say is wrong with it is there is a pretty big gap between the medium grade and fine grade sanding pads (800 to 3000 I think). I think I would have got even better results if I used 1500 grit in between as you can still see some fine sanding marks if you look close enough

T-cut on a brilo pad,t-cut on a cloth and then a good polish has worked for me on a few cars that have failed the mot on yellowed lenses.
Not got them like new but did make them a lot better.

Wouldnt bother paying for the kits, i done mine with 400 grit, 800, 1500 and then 2000 then polished them up with tcut and they came up like new,

This. Done mine a couple of times now and tbh I prefer it by hand... doesn't take too much longer and I feel you have more control over it! Just get loads of different grades and work your way up then use Scratch-X a couple of times, job's a goodun

I got mine done while the front bumper was being flattened and polished after painting and they came up pretty good
