I thought Rodgers got it wrong personally. Was never working with one upfront and left it too late to make a difference. First actual cross they put in, lambert scored

I'm not too concerned to be honest. We largely fielded a nobody team too with a bunch of kids thrown together who had probably barely played with each other before, against a well drilled side.

Now if we lose to burnley on the other hand..

Apart from de gea and possibly Evans, they are all squad players. 4 or 5 squad players with a bunch of kids against a first team league 1 side

Paul Scholes recently played on a side that got battered by Salford fc, doesn't mean shit, semi decent players can't win matches on their own
