Wore trousers to the gym once and hated it as was far too hot

I wouldn't buy "cheap trainers".

Foot wear us one of the most important parts, supportive and comfterble. I have a inside "gym" pair and a outside pair. Both the same nike ones but keeps the clean very clean and dirty I don't care about.

I'm a shorts and vest top. Get far to hot otherwise. I used to box in trousers but found in uncomfterble when getting hot.

Depends if you do lots of running.

Cheap trainers are fine otherwise.
