Hair: Bald

Brain: Suffer from OCPD

Eyes: Have keratoconus

Ears: Always back and fourth to the doctors for syringing

Nose: Broken when I got attacked

Teeth: Dead teeth from same attack

Skin: Have to have a cream twice a day or get a really bad rash

Literally everything! For fucks sake... what else can go wrong?

How's your head?

I'm going bald pretty quick. And grey. My facial hair comes out orange as I carry the ginger gene. I'm slightly short sighted, have deep wrinkles in my forehead and my ears stick out! I feel your pain brother!

Neither had I this time last year! Basically it means I have thin corneas that warp to an irregular shape. Was hoping to hold out on wearing glasses for a while but unfortunately it has come on thick and fast and I've just made an order for specialist contacts that will flatten my corneas this is how I see lighting at night which is when it's at it's worse...

My hair isn't completely gone, it's just a really bad bald spot (and thinning on front) so I'm shaving it off once and for all when I hit 30 next year...

I'm a hospital Optometrist mate, I fit shed loads of keratoconic CLs. If yours work as well for you as they do for most of our patients, you'll be well away! I had a patient recently who could barely see 6/60 (top letter on the chart) with specs, but I got them to 6/5 (better than 20/20) in both eyes with rigid CLs! Good luck with it!!

That's good to hear mate, thanks. I'm going for Kerasoft at this point which I believe is a bit of a hybrid lens... I'm hoping that will be good enough for now as I'd rather avoid completely rigid ones. I'm quite a late starter (29 now) so there's a good chance it won't progress too much.

Let us know how the kerasoft go. I have no first hand experience of them, but my colleagues don't rate them much compared to RGPs. Hope it works out for you!
