2-3hours before a full 90 minute 11 a side. Probably still a good hour/hour and half for 5/6 a side.

Just drink plenty of water as well, if I am playing on a Sunday evening I try to drink only water for the day so that I am well hydrated.

Played my first game in 7 months yesterday. Mates team was short so I came out of retirement. Ended up playing full 90 mins and now I can hardly walk

Back into retirement I go.
