its a good service but we have a modem in the office running 9MB...not official...we kinda hacked the docsis...ahem dont tell anyone though!!

munch, look at www.getadsl.co.uk Theres a 1mbps connection for £39 a month using the nildram network (and BT lines)...might be useful

sorry, I increased my monthly allowance, with btbb you only are allowed to download 1gig a day... mine is set at a higher rate

thats crap they way the restrict you...blueyonder there isnt a limit to what you can download a day...just if you have hacked the DOCSIS for higher bandwith you attract more attention by downloading stupid amounts!

and then get caught!!

Im with Tiscali, free modem and connection, good modem and had no probs intalling, 576K it connects at £27 month, I have before donwloaded loads more than 1Gb in a day so no limit.

when i got my bt broadband i got a free modem but i fink sky do it now with free connections aswell so all u hav 2 pay is the line rental!
