General information -
Here I have for sale my astra van on an 02 plate the van has been fully converted from a 1.7DTI to a 2.0 16v Z20LET from an astra coupe turbo.
Everything that could be swapped from the coupe has been, full engine and car loom inc dash rear disc beam 5 stud etc
Cruise control works perfect as it should and so does multi function display with average MPG etc

Engine spec-

2000cc 16v turbo
New VXR turbo
New VXR injectors
FMIC with hard boost pipes
BSR air filter
3" turbo back exhaust with 3" outlet painted black
Walboro 255lph uprated fuel pump
Iridium plugs
Live mapped by chris ray Durham to a very safe stage 4 this should see between 280-300bhp but I have not had it on the dyno.
OPC blue plug cover
Courtnay heat shield
Boost pipes painted satin black
TX autosport hoses
Mitsubishi EVO FQ360 sports cat
Head gasket replaced
Oil stem seals replaced
Just had genuine GM oil and filter

Transmission -
F23 5 speed gearbox no crunching or whines
Sachs paddle clutch rated to 500bhp

Brakes-
Astra coupe turbo discs all round frond drilled and grooved with red stuff pads
Rear drilled and grooved with standard pads

Lowered around 40mm on springs and standard coupe turbo shocks nice ride not bumpy or hard.

Bad bits every car has them-

Rear arches aren't gone but could do with a quick tidy up to be perfect doesn't really show tbh just slight surface rust.

Tow eye cover on GSI bumper missing

Alloys really could do with being refurbished but I have fitted 4 new tyres

Engine management light is on but this is purely because one O2 sensor had been mapped out as it failed when live mapping was being done the rear sensor needs moved to the front then engine light turned off its a simple job it's just never bothered me.

I've just done a 500 mile round trip to Northampton for a big vauxhall show and it returned 41mpg average so not bad on petrol not so good around the doors.

This van has been spot on the time I've had it ive done roughly 3000 miles and its used every day always warmed and cooled down and always ran on shell v-power or tesco momentum99 as it was mapped for higher octane fuel.

Only reason for selling is I have my eye on a mk2 astra GTE and also have a track car which I would rather spend money on.

Looking for around £3000 ovno maybe a part ex for mk2 astra GTE or a mk3 astra GSI or very clean Xe Corsa Gsi or Gsi replica.
