you should be OK, as Vibs said I dont think camares that get you going towards them are allowed to flash as it causes a distraction to drivers

i heard something about they aint allowed to take a picture of you from the front because it is an invasion of privicy to take a photo of your face. Dont know how true this is but i have been caught many a time from a camera front on and nothing came through. I usually just go through one by me at 40 just to make it flash, coz i know it wont get me

if its a grey gatso camera youshould be fine!
one near me if you do 40 going towards it goes off, no lines on other side of road at all!

remember reading in one of the car mags not so long ago that the further over you are from a gatso the less accurate they are. That much so that Germany has stopped using all its fixed gatso's!

So if your on the otherside of the road can't be too accurate!

i THINK, unless its the brand new cameras they cant take a photo of you front number plate anyway as it is white with black letters? it only works with yellow and black letters as in your rear number plate. not sure tho. think you will be fine pal.

There was probably a Gatso on your side of the road but it was hidden hence you thought that the camera on the other side of the road got you when it fact it was another one...

i drive past it everyday trust me there is only one camera facing down the road, not up towards it the way i was going. its a grey box camera.

My boss recently got a NIP through the post, flashed by a Gatso, 42 in a 30, she is living in a room but the DVLA/insurance etc. still have her parents address for her details so it was sent there.

She just ripped it up and threw it in the bin!

Yes DO NOT sign the documents. It will be void upon receipt at the Police Station, or wherever they handle speeding offences nowadays. Its not an official document if it hasnt been signed, and therefore its made void!
