Im thinking about buying a better looking backbox for my corsa to make the rear end look better. Ive only kept the original back box as i wanted a quite car as im getting old. Lol Im thinking of a sportex 3" outward rolled tip but not sure if it will be too loud with the rest of the system being standard? Heres a pic of the rear currently

Can people recommend a style/size with pics if possible. Beetlegav has shown me pics of his old sportex and im quite liking it tbh.
Cheers Ben

Sportex's are loud, although I admit, I've only ever heard full systems, but it only removes the centre box, and that don't do a lot.

I'd be tempted to just get a decent quality replaccement backbox and get a tip you like welded on.

ben i had a 3 inch outward roll sportex on my old white corsa b, just the backbox everything else standard with middle box sounded sooo nice i miss it badly but this time im order a backbox same as before and a race tube as the middle box scrapes the speedbumps lol

3" sportex would suit that perfectly! They are nice and quiet on their own, its only when you'll couple them with a straight through they start popping and banging like crazy

offtopic - has anyone actually hidden their exhaust behind the bumper before, would think that looks nice.

The Irmscher twin exhaust I have on my car is very quiet. Very close to standard in terms of volume but with a very slight rumble. Hard to get hold of though.
