isnt walkers the reason you cant. be a bit lighter after 5 in may sod riding up or down when all the walkers are around

word of advice john buy a proper turbo trainer tyre you will kill normal tyres on a turbo trainer

Im a fat cunt ATM, can get semi fit quite fast but I won't ever be super fit unless I quit food I love and I aint doing that. Just come along, you would be fine. Its not like you can ride all the way up Snowdon!

No barnes far from it i know from experience you can climb hills i still struggle with some im fat nearly 18st again so ive got a lot of work to matxh you im afraid.

less internet more biking then I've just been out in torrential rain and rubbish wind for a new years day ride  proper northern weather.
edit got a pr going up a climb as well beating my best by nearly a minute  not bad considering i ran nearly 7 mile yesterday evening
