My point was more in general terms, his massive contract was purely because of a run of results last season provided by excellent players unearthed by your scouting team.

This season he doesn't know what he is doing. You can now see why he was sacked at West Ham, sacked at Charlton and sacked by Southampton after being in the door 5 minutes.

He should be nowhere near the managers job at Newcastle, you had a manager in Hughton who appears to be many, many times more astute.
