That is cool, suppose you have a use for it if you are into all that. Reminds me of building rollercoasters in Rollercoaster tycoon

ArduPilot and FY-GCS both have real time telemetry for flight over-view or waypoint/autoland/takeoff comands

It's a quad just thought I'd share on this thread as people seem interested in drones.

Yep looks awesome I've been 400 odd meters up with the flying wing and 4km out but the quad owes me nearly a grand so I want to get used to it first

GoPro Hero 3 arrived, and I have developed a cable that allows you to run the Go Pro straight from the drones battery so you can ditch the 26grams of battery weight from the go pro, these cables will be for sale.

Quality is fantastic, heres some aerial shots using the auto photo mode on the go pro

and some vids in full 1080p (you may have to manually select 1080p in youtube)

you could say developed yes as it needs making up from scratch using a UBEC, mini usb plug and mini tamiya y splitter

Its not something iv just plucked off the shelf, its hand made there was a certain amount of research needed to work out voltages and shiz like that too

I've built some video leads for the Hero 3 if you're interested you need to use a 10 pin USB connector and a 100k resistor.

Steve, could you not tilt the camera a bit more downwards so you don't have the rotors in the shot?
