decided to sell these out of my other car as even though they are lovely and comfy they are too impractical as I have a daughter and tilting them forward requires 2 hands and sometimesits hard to do with hands full lol, they have had the electric motor removed to make them lighter and are in mint condition as I stripped them all down and washed all the fabric before putting them in and its not been driven since, I will include the subframes and mounts I made to fit them in my car but you may want to just use them as a template or a guide as they aren't very pretty and one of the pretensioners is missing, looking for 100 collected

Great price for very comfy seats. Love mine. Plus these don't say Gsi on them, one thing I looked for.
