The slam panel is all bent from when the idiots caught the 1.0 engine lol need to cut it out at the wings and weld a new one back in

Had a guy look over the corsa for me tonight, says its in brilliant nick the legs etc! So looks like I've bought a good chassis to work from which I'm pleased with! Interior out tomorrow!!

Cut the top of the bulk head, need to sad down all the edge.



Then I cut out the battery tray. Need to weld up the holes



Then the slam panel was bent to fuck so I cut the middle out, now need to do the bits either side.




This is the front cross member. Solid compared to the gsi where I could poke my finger through lol Just surface rust.

Just read through all your build thread. Some work mate, going to be a minter when your done.

I was very very close to buying that smoke grey gsi earlier this year. Glad i didnt now! , think was like swiss cheese
