some of you might of seen my car at past shows and i had plans in the winter to totaly strip back and start again but due to engine problems and loss of compression on 3rd cylinder it was time to start a bit early
here is some pictures as you might of seen it at past shows

this is going to be a slow project due to working and my car is a friends garage who specialises in ford st's and i can only go when he is there so do hang in there with me

so i started to strip charlie ready to take the eninge out

now the the exhaust is and turbo manifold are out the car and the engine is now out picture to come and im hoping to go saturday and spend the day on him ready to get the engine bay and under the car ready for sand blasting

Saw this at PVS this year. Love the colour of the hoses. Think it looked better on the D90s as opposed to the Speedlines as it looks far more original.

the speedlines are just winter wheels and the d90s are wraped away

So yesterday I had a local window company come and take all my glass out. He charged £40 per window to take out and put back in when I want it and he's storing them aswell. Then I removed both doors boot and bonnett

After that There wasn't really to point in starting anything big as my mate wanted to go home and lock up do I just stated to strip the engine

That's all for now.
Going to see the sand blasters Monday and book it is as he wasn't there yesterday
Also I'm going to order se box section steel and four wheels and make a frame (trolley) just so I can move round and do all the prep and paint under the car!!

well today we took charlie to the sand blasters
the sand blasters i used was

http://www.wrexhammetalfinishing.co.uk/

should have the car back later on this week or early next week

so when we got back i got to work and seeing what damaged the engine had done. and if im honest i wish i hadn't

a nice melted piston

every other piston has marks on them and it looks like the other's are dented some how :s

closer look at the pistons id say the were fooked i reckon its all down to the bad mapping, not to say any names.......

also i found a crack in the block witch turned out to be a piece witch when i touched it it just fell off !!!

so the shopping list to added to haaaa.

cant do much now till i get the shell back......!
