Are these direct fit (obviously after hub carrier is been drilled), or do track rods have to be extended etc?

And do they fit Novas?

Direct fit as you have stated.

I would suspect they would fit a Nova (Listed as same part for Corsa/Nova on Compbrake), if you are buying for a Nova then i would ship them if they do not fit i can eather make what ever changes are needed OR offer a full refund on return (inc return shipping cost)
