my dad has just given up
hes been smoking over 40 yrs
he was ill went into hospital wasnt allowed to smoke he came out never needed to smoke anymore and plus i hid hiz fags
er fuck knows where i put em cant remember

i cut down to silk cut ultras (dont laugh!), but im gonna wait till after my exams to give up porperly. I reckon the habbit is gonna be harder to break than the nicotine addiction tho...

I gave up smoking once and replaced it with chewing gum, bit all me cheeks up from over chewing. I quit 8 months ago and I was on 10 a day, 20 a day on weekends, no point lowering the amount you smoke or shit like, that. You need to sling your bullsack over your shoulder, breathe in and just stop. After getting rid of my old GF and hooking up with someone new I decided to quit , and here I am 8 months later, happy, great gf, and not smoking. Good luck mate.

I also decided to quit while at college, pretty much few weeks after the term had started, and I was still hanging around with people that smoked in front of me. All about the will power mate, once you get past a few months of not smoking you are very happy withyourself. Do I miss smoking a marlboro light in the morning? fuck yes but its not so good for me. Quit while your young instead you might be in for some fucked up shit.
