Got my motor lowered to day he quoted me £150.00 for springs.
So i dropped the motor off 5minutes later he phoned me up & said due the GSI being than standard i would have to fit a whole kit (shox & springs) he £250.00 & i said alright cool do it.

So i went to pick it up bout an hour ago, got to the desk & he said £150.00 i thought that ain t right, but kept my month shut. Is there anyway he can come back & say you owe me £100.00 & can i just not answer my phone & ignore them ? I paid by credit card can he put another £100.00 through without my say so ?

He cant put anything through without your authorisation, just check your bank statement. £150 for 4 springs

u may of miss heard him when he said 250. other than that no he cant make u pay more its his own fault

He can't charge your card again. He's done the work with no written quotation and charged you £150.00. Can't see how he can come back to you on it...

FFS 4 springs (-40mm) & 4 shocks fitted mate for £150.00

God knows why he couldn't do just springs, but a full kit will be better... do you know what kit it was cos £250 is still relatively cheap...

Yeah but originally he said £150 springs fitted, for a whole kit he said £250 but only charged me for £150.00 & i have the whole kit fitted.

Theres nothing he can do it was his mistake id just keep quiet n spend the extra £100 you now have

Of course mate, yellow shocks front & back ! I even saw the old shocks in the garage cause i still got the original springs !

bargain how long did it take to fit? i got quoted £90 to get a full kit fitted

I think it takes em a couple of hours but if they charge by the hour & pay their macanics a salary their making a fortune plus i bought the kit off them so they make money their. Not in this case though

he's NOT allowed to charge you card with out your authorisation,
but he has got your credit card details so if he wanted to charge you
he could. depends how dodgy this guy is.
I would keep checking your balance to make sure he has only taken the
£150.00 out.
