Bit of a given, the Police in lieu of proper information are blaming anyone but the Police.

That statement is only four days after as well. More will come out over time.

It was caused by anything BUT standing/terraces I'll tell you that much.

they were probably partyly to blame due to the ammount of people you can get in though

but not enough for them to be banned

Somebody let those people in. People got in by other means. Terracing is safe.

Terraces have set limits on the amount of people its safe to hold though. That was breached that day, had there been seats, it would have been even more carnage.

Simple really. If a lift says it can take 5 people, dont blame the lift when it falls to the ground if you try to fit 30 in.
