hiya basically ive got no powering steering and its a nightmare specially when lowered car etc. i know theres two types of steering on corsa's either epas which is eletronic column and powering steering which runs on pumps etc. would this eletronic column fit straight onto my standard non powering steering rack ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-CORSA-B-ELECTRIC-POWER-STEERING-COLUMN-RALLY-KIT-CAR-/280808035172?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4161769364#ht_771wt_1163

They're interchangeable, your manual rack will have more turns than an original EPAS setup but it will work.

Not 100% you'll have room behind the dash for it though, might need to fit it and see.

Its a different steering bracket and the mount is different for the pedal, but i thought it was the brake pedal that needed changing. Think that's what i did with mine when i went Epas to Pas.

Its whole different setup

I fitted this to my let gsi, turned out to be the biggest pain the the arse ever, wansnt even worth it, the mount is different for the eps one, and the fuse box must also be different in a 1.0 because the electric motor the powers the collum sits behind the fuse box and the gsi one sat right agesnt it, infact I had to take 1 screw out that holds the fuse box in so that there was a little play between the motor and box itself. And it didsnt even work in the the end with that ebay controller thing, was a massive waste of time and money.
