Got a few bits done today....
New rear number plate lense...

Re-did the headunit so it sits in properly...

And finished up with a wash n dry...

Got some shocks n springs on the way so thats next up on the todo list.

Had a spair hour today so set to with the B & C piller black outs.
Made a template from grease proof paper....

Did this by holding in place with tape then in pencil marked out the windows and opening, also the hight was marked out with a lenght of tape top & bottom.
Next up i placed the fablon under the pattern and drew over the pencil line to transfer it onto the backing paper.

Then cut out the pattern but enlarged each peice by about 20mm to allow for the wrap round of corners and under the seals.
All finished....


I like the look, used a hot gun to shape the door tops and just made them stick abit better.

will look loads better lowered, imo i think colour coded door handles will look sweet!

Well d day arrived.....thanks to my m8 for the use of his workshop this morning......

Clean forgot while we were doing it to get some pics,just lowering it bk down to ground.

Got the tracking done too.... A must i think.

All finished and looking really good!!!
Whats next..... Well iam not sure??

60mm all round, really chuffed with it.
Strut brace's next i think to stiffin the lot up
then poly bush's.
I think body wise its staying as is.

Got there in the end.
Hows it going with your steels? Mine have taken a back seat for now. Likin the cav rims for now.

still need to get tyres, the missus lost her job so im not allowed to spend on the car yeah im liking the cav wheels. work really well. wish i had got them now, they were a bargain set on here

Picked up a mk4 astra front splitter today....

Shall be fitted over the weekend,also got some nut covers just waiting on the new 50mm decals for the caps now.


Decided to get some quad lights too, anyone got a set forsale?

Mk4 splitter fitted this afternoon, not a 5min job as first thought. Looks good though.

Ive also managed to snap some of the vains on the lower grill....boooo

Splitter looks cool. i bought one for my flame red corsa but have not got round to fitting it Think i'll have to do it tomorrow How did you fit it screwed into the bumper mate?
