Taking an extended break from football due to illness being reported on other forums.
Always thought he looked unwell tbh, supposed to have the same type of illness as OJC but slightly less of a cunt with it.

Pretty similar to mine but his bowel will be covered in ulcers mines inflamed and narrowed. His is a lot easier to treat but he will need lots of rest and I very much doubt he will play again tbh.
It saps your energy levels as your body is fighting itself all the time.

Mild version? some of these people are clueless.
I'm telling you as a sufferer of IBD he will NOT play again, he might play one game and instantly he will know its too much. The physical demands of training plus the stresses of games will make it flair up again and again and he won't ever be able to get it into remission.
It takes all your energy to keep it at bay, even now while I'm in remission after my op once I've done a weeks work my whole insides ache and I'm nowhere near having the stress he will have.

Real talk. And this is what Fletcher will have to contend with, does he continue to put his body under stress it cannot cope with and in the long run make himself even more ill or just quit now.

Steve Redgrave won 2 Olympic gold's with the same condition. It isn't as black and white as he will play or he won't.

Id imagine Fletchers fitness and health would be 10x stronger than OJC after being a professional footballer for nearly 10 years as opposed to some drug taking raver!!!

Ok Hammer I know nothing, carry on. Fitness doesn't come into it either. When you flair you don't eat, your muscles waste and you are fucked from steroids.

Basically what Steve Redgrave is doing is training for events and almost killing himself in the process. Fletcher will be training everyday.
". Rowing is a particularly torturous sport.
