Did you manage to melt any tabs??? I melted a few on mine but the original glue was that sticky it didn't matter lol. They look great at night as well with the hid projectors.

Your wheels ready to go on yet???

OK so I have got the tyres now and the spacers are on their way. Need some spigots too. Went for Falken FK452 in a 255/35/18:

Cheeky bit of stretch. Just enough

My Punto workhorse!!

The tyres are on so I can get them fitted and check for clearance etc. Once I'm happy, they'll be coming back off to be refurbed. Went over and chucked the rears on. They clear the struts and lower arms perfectly. The only thing I am worrying about is the arch, whether it'll catch or not. Once this sh!tty weather clears up, I'll have to check on the road.

Should have went for the 245s for a bit of side wall roll. It shouldn't be to much £££ to have the rear arches rolled in a bit.

255/35's are shallower than 245/40's

Definetly worth getting the arches rolled mate it makes a big difference to clearance, just make sure you get a proper company to do it

Well I contacted that Arch Enemy but they said they won't do it. After research it looks as if its a tricky job on these. I have a few mates who own body shops so might do the rounds tomorrow.

HELL NO!!!!!
Once fitment/ride height is sorted, the tyres will be back off and wheels to be refurbed. Then tyres back on/balanced up.

Cheers for that grovit

Well I did try and sand back the calipers and just re-laquer them but the grime and brake dust was too bedded in so I decided to go all out and paint them again. (The rears were not painted just re-laquered)

Before:

...and during:

and then done with new decals on the front!

The wheels are now on too. Man, what an expensive game and made even worse when I see companies on here offering deals but never mind. Here's a sneaky pic:

OK so the wheels are on and I am so so happy. Will be getting some proper pics when my mate is free next to do so. Here they are:

Got these badges made and I love them! Such a neat little touch:

...and finally a teaser
