Bought an irmy steering wheel off him over a week ago. he said it was sent and returned and would be sent out 1st class recorded.
I gave him my mobile number as he said he would message me to confirm and provide evidence.
As of yet nothing and he has ignored ALL u2u's and has been online...

tbh he said it was sent, then it was returned then it was sent recorded, but with no tracking number. Then he said he would refund...and u guessed it...no refund!

I have filed a dispute and am not happy you are sending apostal cheque when you have my bank details to to a transfer.

well it was my paypal robbie used and a dont really appreciate the fact you opened a case against me ffs :@ now i have got a charge from my bank cause you claim you havent recieved the item? known robbie along time and could trust him with anything maybe your the one trying to bump him? joke mate total joke!

Not really, I have never received the item, Rtobbie said it was sent, then returned, then sent recorded delivery, but failed to provide any tracking info.
He said he would bank transfer, then postal cheque, now via paypal.
Sorry but if you trust him that much, maybe you should have advised him to stick to the deal and send the thing out.
If it was sent recorded robbie would have evidence such as proof of postage and tracking number, yet has not provided either.
The joke is somebody who cannot admit they are pulling a fast one and then causing so much issue when they know they are in the wrong. If Robbie is such a good and honest person, why have I not received an ounce of truth??

Clearly this person thinks he can spin me a pack of lies and get away with it. I filed a dispute with the address I paid to to secure the fact I am not certain I will receive the money.
On a tangent, where is the steering wheel? Has this vanished in to the ether!? Is there a tracking number? Was it sent? Was it sent recorded? Where is it?
Total waste of my time and effort!!!

Yeh he offered me a refund in three variances, of which I have not yet got a single penny! So not really fair is it.

To be fair a was flat out with work never had time to go on computer and u were giving me 2 emails a day and because a wasnt replying fast enough u were thinking worse never bumped anyone and to be fair £70 deliverd on a £500 wheel deliverd was a bargain

It may very well have been (albeit they are £249 new)....but £70 and no steering wheel is quite the contrary.

Not until your friend accepts the dispute and responds...Paypal have the £70 and I have naff all...I have emailed them and asked them to do this as soon as cos I am at the end of my tether!!!

It needs somebody to go on to the resolution centre and resond.
Either that I can cancel the dispute and they can paypal me the money. Issue is I have little faith I will see it unless I ue the dispute tbh!
