So thought i'd stick a project log up on this since its a keeper.

2002 1.8 20V Turbo, AUM Engine.

It came with -

FK Coilovers.
BBS LM Replicas.
10mm Front spacers, 25mm Rear spacers.
Forge 007p Recirc valve.

Since owning it i've done -

Neuspeed induction kit.
Anniversary splitter (Still to be painted)
Put my private plate on it.
-1 Degree rear camber shims (On order)

No set plans, just plodding along and doing what takes my fancy, think a Forge turbo inlet pipe is next to make the recirc valve a bit louder.

Photo's -

Mid - Wax'd

And a few recent pics of the car -

was never a fan of reversing them always thought it was bad news no matter what people on SCN said.

in proper orientation though i dont think you will get much volume out of it

Yeah i've read on it but cant see how it can possibly still work as it's supposed to when fitted reverse.

It's mainly the CAI/Filter that gives off the recirc dump, it's very quiet with the standard airbox.

I'll get a video of it at somepoint.

My 007P is really rather loud with the CAI on the car. When the airbox was on you couldn't hear it at all, now its very loud if you're gunning it.

get rid of that filter and get a decent cai, mine was very loud... dont reverse it also you have a k03s and with a fmic, turbo back exhaust and stage 2 map you will see circa 230bhp

Like the filter i have hence why i bought it.
Valve was reversed when i got it but i changed it as it's obviously meant to work properly one way.

And yea i have the ko3s.

Will take a few pics for you Jon looks straight forward enough.

Camber shims fitted.

For anyone reading/looking to do it, make sure and clean every mounting face, i done it with an airdrill and small flap disc type thing.

So errr wheel off.

Spacer off, Disc off, Caliper carrier off. (Disc can be removed with carrier still in place, but carrier also needs shimmed)

Hub off, Stub axle off.

Greased bearings whilst apart.

Camber shim, Eibach in this case -

Caliper carrier shimmed also -

Before -

After (Wound coilovers right down, now that i have the extra clearance)-
