No it isn't the winner is the first guy to cross the line.

The timer only begins when you cross the starting line. If you have two guys that both run 14.2 second Qtrs
the first with a reaction time of 0.5 and the second with a reaction time of 3 seconds the first guy wins.

Basically you need to add the reaction time and elapsed time together and the racer with the faster combined time wins.

Its prob quick enough but all of the vids are pretty biased towards the Honda.... 'beep beep i'm off...' then the supra starts to accelerate.
