hi people's. Have been meaning to put this up for a while, but just not had time what with work and family.
its a 1.4 16v gls
its not complete as you may see but its slowly getting there..
SPEC
Cav slabs powder coated white, smoothed centre cap (removed)
Cades Eros / 165- 50- 15 tyres

FK front coilovers. adjustable rear spring -80 koni rear shocks
V6 front calipers (fiat coupe grooved discs)
poly bushed all round
smoothed boot
(front & rear bumpers smothed removed) standard fitted
DTM mirrors

ENGINE
full rebuild, standard internals
4-1 stainless manifold
powerbox inlet
8.5mm ign leads
super 4 plugs
and a general clean up

new to all this so hope comes out ok

as said will look mint when painted up, colour coding the arches too im guessing ?
engine bay is very done properly if u get me new manifold nuts and rockers bolts etc will keep an eye on this thread

yes ash arches will be done too, wont all be painted yet as need to get couple doors too. so will do it altogether.
was ment to be a "budget" thing lol
but as you all know one thing leads to another .

ok. not much of update as not many pics as of yet.

first off i picked up 4 doors to replace mine as they were going rotten at the bottom.
with them i got black door cards, black carpet and side trims in black..
Will get more pics when snow clears..











my rear strut brace i made which is at powder coaters





have replaced smooth bumpers for standard as more work was needed on them to finish off.





also today igot a pair of these in post from fk automotive



will fit them weekend.

i will take more pics weekend as have other parts fitted to, wind deflectors, bonnet lifters..

if you email them and ask for black surround.
i bought chrome ones but black surround turned up and liked more

stunning moordoor, only thing id personally change is that cone filter

also, were/link did you get the exhaust mani bolts and were does the pipe coming from the rocker cover go? i.e i got it into a monsta can, you got a proper oil catch or something??

cone filter is going. waiting on air box.
studs and nuts are on ebay but i got mine from a friend..
as for the pipe it just has a breather filter on at the moment.
