Did these ever come in matt black from the factory?

Seen a bog standard one with crap wheels earlier on, some random mum driving it, didn't look like the sort of car you'd have got wrapped think it was 07 but the numberplate was sitting on the rear parcel shelf so didn't catch it, because of this I did see that it was also matt under where the numberplate should have been

There's a 3 series saloon (e90/2) in matt black near me, looks like a standard 320i apart from the wrap, strange.
