197bhp standard and as most round up the odd bhp here and there 200bhp is usually what they are quite commonly quoted as... that figure does seem very low.. possibly a bad engine wheel HP figure?

And yes that price is stupidly low... most for that age go for around the 3-3.5k mark!

If it's a genuine car then it certainly is a bargain. Always sceptical about things like that though, the adverts a bit vague to say the least
