 | Watched Top gear last night. The one with Rown Atkinson and all the train malarky.

The way that thing launched when stig did the flying lap was fucking unbeleivable. Must admit I haven't been much of a fan compared to the old ones but I think that swayed it for me. It's a techno marvel and restored my faith in modern tech. Ok we aren't going to the moon and we don't have Concorde but fucking he'll they make a car launch that perfectly

 | I agree. I love the tech. Not so much the looks of the car itself though.

 | It's a curious object. It's both large and small and I was undecided on them for a log time. I really like the rear lights but the front not so much.

Really wanna have a go though

 | A mate has 10 plate one and he loves it.
His only frustration is that it is wasted on most UK roads.

I bet his insurance premium is more than the car's purchase price.

 | I want to detail one just so I can have a proper nose round one - it's still one car that keeps escaping me

I love them though - and the inner geek in me respects the technology and also loves the fact things like dials / displays etc were designed by the Gran Turismo designers
