 | coz ur saying the coolant has mixed im guessing its mixed with the oil. as i work in the trade its a big NO for letting coolant and any oil just run down the drain u will be contaminating the ground. if the council find out or any1 reports u, u will have a massive fine

 | Coolant is a form of glycol, which is actually like an oily substance and cant be put to drains etc.
Work with it alot offshore and when I worked in the yard and the company were facing fines for coolant from engines getting into drains and the oil / water seperator didnt seperate it as it mixes with water

 | No one probably does take it to a tip, but you should. Garages will likely put it in with their waste oil or a seperate place for it and itl get collected with the waste oil

 | And your not supposed to put chip pan oil, cooking oil, chip pan fat etc down your sink drains for the same reason but everyone does it.
If anyone has a problem with you doing it over drains just ask them if they dispose of their cooking oils appropriately.
