 | I quote from the original poster...

quote:I'm a security guard at a shopping centre, come across this on saturday around 5.30 while the car park was still busy. They got the wheels off and left in around 15 mins

Obviously not a very good security guard lol.

Looking at the angle I reckon they only made off with 2.
Either that or its still jacked up on the other side.

 | this sucks! Really does!

I remember a Phantom which had been left on blocks.

I would dread for this to happen, i guess the only plus i would take from this is they left me my car.

was thinking that also, about only thing to stop thieves in a way now ? a loud alarm buzzing away attracting attention in middle of day or in middle of night, as locking wheels nuts no matter what make/design are simple to get off if you know what your doing unfortuneatly

 | tbh if i was walking through a car park in the middle of the day and someone was casually removing wheels from a car a would just think it was there car and they were changing a wheel...... or 4. lol

 | Harsh.

TBF if I saw a few lads and I knew they were nicking the wheels off a car, I wouldn't approach them anyway. Not worth getting stabbed over IMO.
